1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
At Looi, we arrange shipping/delivery on all orders at the rates as per our website to any address within South Africa or internationally. However, do note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, military and restricted areas.
Please note that processing an order takes 7-14 working days.

2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
All orders are hand-made and take between 7 to 14 working days to complete and we try our best to stick to these standards. Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our local logistics partner, with your provided tracking Number. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout in order for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
3. MODE OF PAYMENTS
We accept payments via PayFast and Direct EFT. These methods of payment cover all available means of payment VISA and MASTERCARD.
