Refund Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY 
* Kindly note that should you which to return or repair an item you will be responsible for all courier fees. In the event, for whatever reason, that you are not satisfied with an item, we would be happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met: 
• All items must be in their original packaging. 
• All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition 
• Originals receipts/receipt mail/order number would have to be included 
If none of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges. Looi regrettably do not do any cash refunds, but will gladly give store credit. 
1. Validity of exchanges and returns 
All exchanges and returns need to be raised within 14 days via email on sales@looi.co.za and further instructions will be given. 
2. Exchanges and returns online 
You will need to include your original invoice together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging Kindly e-mail us your exchange request to sales@looi.co.za and wait for our e-mail confirmation and the process to exchange your purchased item. If the exchange is not due to any fault from Looi an exchange fee of R200 will be required for the courier pickup and re-delivery. All communication will be done via e-mail. 
3. Other terms and conditions 
We reserve our right and discretion in full to disqualify you from enjoying free returns if the subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are of the same item(s) as a previous order. Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use or fair wear and tear of a product. Looi makes no warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description and fitness for a particular purpose. You acknowledge by your purchase that you have read and understood point 5 below. Returns are at all times governed and subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of South Africa. All decisions made by the owner of Looi in respect of returns and exchanges are final 
4. Repair of items 
We offer repair services for all our products. Please mail us at sales@looi.co.za and we’ll make arrangement for repairs. 
For any repairs, a fee of R200 will be charged excluding courier charges. 
5. Colour Difference and natural blemishes 
Leather is an authentic and unique material with natural colour changes and blemishes and no piece looks exactly the same due to this characteristic. We at Looi are committed to using only genuine leather for our products we hand stitch and all cutting are done by laser Owning a genuine leather item ensures that you have something unique that can never be duplicated in the exact same way.
